1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop longdrinkclub.com.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent to you by email immediately after the order has been submitted.
4. Youth Protection
The sale of alcoholic products is only permitted to persons of legal age. By placing your order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The delivery service is authorized to verify your age upon delivery.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.
In addition to the product price, shipping costs may apply. These will be clearly stated during the ordering process.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provide.
Estimated delivery times are stated on each product page.
If an item is not available, we will inform you promptly.
7. Payment
Payment can be made in advance, by credit card, Klarna, Sofort, or any other payment provider offered during checkout.
You are only entitled to offset claims if your counterclaims are legally established or undisputed.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 355 BGB.

9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
